Kindergarten Registration

It's that time again! Kindergarten registration begins February 7, 2008. You may register in the school office between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Your child must be five years old on or before October 16, 2008 to attend school during the 2008-2009 school year.

Documents required for registration are:

• A certified copy of child's birth certificate (with the state seal)
• Immunization record (child must be up-to-date with shots)
• Proof of residence (recent gas, electric, or water bill, rental agreement or housing contract)

After completing the registration folder we will provide you with a kindergarten health assessment form to be completed by your child's doctor and returned to us by August 2008.
