To All Hilburn Parents,

The Hilburn Drive Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) invites you to become part of an exciting school year! With your help we can accomplish the many goals we have to improve the quality of education at Hilburn Drive.

When you join or renew your PTA membership, you will become a member of the largest and most effective advocacy group for children. Your voice and vote at meetings make a difference. This year, we've planned three informative general PTA meetings. We'll use the monthly PTA Newsletter and the weekly Friday Folders to communicate the exciting events and useful information pertaining to PTA activities.

Many volunteers are needed to make the 2007-08 PTA goals a reality. When you volunteer, you are contributing to the success of the school. Many of the programs offered at the school - accelerated reader, cultural arts, character education, outreach, Terrific Kids, and more - are funded through PTA sponsored events such as the Fun Run, Spring Carnival, Spiritwear Sale, Art Project, School Store, etc. So, the PTA needs you!
